Pazzazz Kennels ,which were destroyed in the propane explosion that killed 17 dogs including Martha Stewarts Chow puppy, will be rebuilt.
Owner Karen Tracy has been raising Chows and training dogs most of her life and despite this awful accident remains optimistic.
